Training Outside of Traditional Gyms and Fitness Centers Andy Williams - March 2009
Training outside under the elements within the environment under the sun is my preferred method of training for special events or in general for maintaining my fitness level. The energy from the sun and the fresh air makes for an unmatched motivator, energy booster and healthy alternative to the typical stuffy indoor boxed gyms and larger fitness centers. Not to mention the opportunity to completely train the entire body with functional equipment and training aides for optimum real world fitness for the best performance and overall health results.
If you are wanting something different outside of the indoor gyms, or prefer to train at home specifically, instead of purchasing restricted and very limiting "machines" and gimmicks such as those sold on t.v. infommercials, set some space up within your home full of functional equipment.
