Andy Williams
(founder & chief trainer)
ACE- certified Personal Trainer
In early 2005, Andy Williams applied his unique background and education to establish Precision Fitness
Systems, a fitness company that provides training and nutritional guidance for optimal performance, energy and
health. Whether he is working with young adults, athletes, seniors, or future Navy SEALs, Andy inspires and
motivates his clients to overcome personal obstacles and achieve ambitious goals.
An attentive, self-motivated and highly dedicated individual, Andy designs customized fitness programs that combine
advanced up-to-date health & fitness knowledge with motivational tactics to improve performance and achieve results.
His background in Navy medicine, health, and healing are all key factors in his work. In fact, within just a few months of
founding his company, Andy already earned a reputation for providing highly effective balanced fitness programs that
are challenging, inspiring, and perfectly aligned with individual client needs.

Prior to launching Precision Fitness Systems, Andy served honorably as a dedicated Hospital Corpsman and Combat
Field Medic for the United States Navy for six years. During this aspect of his career, he provided peace-time training,
preventive medical care and comprehensive medical support to men and women in many parts of the world. In this role,
he performed thousands of physical exams, "sick-call" duties consisting of diagnosis & treatment, minor surgeries and
procedures, and served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in urgent situations including within an E.R.
