         This program is a 6 weeks long low-to-moderate intensity level outdoor group training program
    designed specifically for females and with the "Soccer'Moms" in mind. This program is suitable for the
    beginner to intermediate level trainee.

    The intensity level ranges from low-to-moderate intensity with a steady increase each week. Training Aids
    are combined with a wide range of bodyweight exercises to provide a safe and effective fitness bootcamp
    with the female "soccer'mom" in mind. Using a variety of constantly varied combinations of functional
    movements that imitate everyday life activities, resulting in a reduction of injuries, improving your
    performance and eventually your appearance and overall level of health and fitness.
       
    This program is structured in such a way as to provide a safe and fun way for moms to regain that "bikini-
    ready" physique just in time for the summer or to simply start and continue an active lifestyle of regular
    fitness and will provide you with the knowledge, motivation and guidance to improve and advance your
    overall fitness level by toning, strengthening and developing muscle, decreasing body fat and improving your
    endurance and stamina. Not to mention providing a mind & body better prepared to manage daily stress with
    greater ease.

Each class is 45 minutes - 1hour in duration
