This program is a 10 weeks long High-intensity level outdoor group training program designed specifically for those aspiring special-ops warriors requiring elite fitness levels. This program is only suitable for the advanced level trainee that is currently on a routine exercise program, but wants to advance their fitness and properly prepare for their respective careers. Such careers as Elite warriors have extremely high physical demands and therefore require an Elite Fitness level. Start your career out the right way - prepared!
The intensity level ranges from moderate-to-high intensity, initially starting out at lower level intensity and will progressively increase in a safe manner as the program advances to a high-intensity level. This program is not for the timid and only recommended to self-motivated trainees with an ambitious drive to be lead with safe and highly effective instruction.
Some Free-Weights, Aquatics Training, Trail-Hiking, and Training Aids are combined with a wide range of bodyweight exercises to provide a safe and effective fitness bootcamp with the 'Hardcore Athlete' in mind. Using a variety of constantly varied combinations of functional body movements that imitate everyday life activities, resulting in a reduction of injuries, increasing your strength and endurance, improving your overall performance and will properly prepare you physically for your aspiring career goals.
